I can’t control what other people do or don’t do– that’s what I keep learning 
It’s 5 : 49 PM on day 598 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself All Bran Flakes for breakfast, publish my Disability of the Day feature, drink Green Tea by myself, prepare my Disability of the Day feature for tomorrow, feed myself rice and curry for lunch, exercise my right hand – I need more practice eating with a fork and knife – exercise my legs and watch TV.
Today hearing myself say to my mother drink Green Tea it has less caffeine in it than coffee I had an epiphany I realized that I couldn’t force anyone to eat right, exercise or be happy but I could eat right, exercise and be happy. Do you spend all your time trying to run other people’s lives?
