It’s never too late to restart– that’s what I learned today 
It’s 12 : 59 PM on day 626 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, drink Green Tea by myself, feed myself oats and a banana for breakfast, publish my Disability of the Day feature and exercise my right hand – I found it easier to pick up a knife with my right hand and I cut a sandwich into smaller pieces so all in all today is turning out to be a GREAT DAY
As you may know a couple of days ago I committed myself to a junk food and drink free life unfortunately I succumbed to the temptation of chocolate by the second day but today I am getting back on the wagon because I love myself more than I love chips, chocolates or soft drinks. Do you fall off the wagon and never get back on?

It’s really not about willpower I know that I won’t be 21 forever I want to make healthy choices now so it pays off when i’m older and besides my dad has blood pressure, dietetics and ldl cholesterol so I have to be extra careful with what I eat especially since I don’t move around much.
