Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its joy. – that’s what I keep learning 
It’s 7 : 12 PM on day 739 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, feed myself All Bran Flakes for breakfast, work, prepare and publish my Disability of the Day feature, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles, stretch my hamstrings, watch TV and feed myself Stir Fry for lunch.
Today I swallowed a medicated throat sweet whole and my first thought was it’s stuck in my throat I don’t know what’s wrong with me something happens and I jump to the worst possible conclusion I’m going to try and stop doing that because at the end of the day whatever’s going to happen will happen whether or not I worry. Is your life devoid of joy because you’re constantly worrying?
