Strive for balance in every aspect of your life – that’s what I learned today 
It’s 11 : 37 AM on day 757 of my journey towards independence and I’ve managed to brush my teeth, stretch my hamstrings for two hours, practice sitting up straight to strengthen my core muscles for an hour, publish my Disability of the Day feature and practice typing with both hands.
This morning I foolishly decided to do hamstring stretches for two hours straight which resulted in me having pain behind my left knee for about thirty minutes after I exercised from now on I’m going to do everything in moderation it’s going to be really hard for me because I’m an all or nothing kind of person but I will give it my best shot. Have you found balance in every aspect of your life?
